Measuring and rolling machine (into spools) for tapes, laces and cords.

The product can either be elastic or rigid.

For maximal dimensions standard spools of 350 mm. diameter x 300 mm. width maximum.

Semi-automatic measuring and rolling machine (into rolls) for elastic and rigid tapes with high precision and accuracy.

Maximum diameter of rolls: 400 mm.

Maximum wide of the tape to be rolled: 120 mm.

Including:

Positive Feeding system synchronized with the machine to eliminate the tape's tension.
Main A/C motor of 1 HP. 220 V. 50 / 60 Hz. 1 Phase.
Variable Speed by an electronic frequency variator. Lineal speed of constant winding.
Traverse motion device adjustable over all spool width.
Traverse motion device adjustable on width of tape or cord to be rolled.
