Slitting

Specially designed to obtain pre-cutted gauze rolls to be used in the feeding of our automatic cutting and folding machines for the production of compresses (swabs) models SNS-3, SNS-4 and SN-3V-PA.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Maximum width of the feeding roll: 1.400 mm.
• Maximum diameter of feeding roll: 1.200 mm.
• Maximum diameter of pre-cutted rolls: 1.200 mm.
• Inside core diameter on pre-cutted rolls: 76 mm.
• Maximum working speed: from 0 up to 200 meters/minute (depending on quality and type of fabric to be used)
• 5 cutting systems by circular blades.
• Cutting system by means of mobile and adjustable blades that permits to get final pre-cutted gauze on selected widths.
• Electronic frequency inverter.
• Constant linear speed by means of detector and electronic system.
• Both rolls fixed by pneumatic system
